A: Generally, we recommend hand or machine-washing cold on the delicate cycle and hanging dry for the best care.

Q: What is A Stitch In Time’s return policy?

A: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 2 weeks after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need a proof of purchase and your original packing. 

Please note that preorder items are not eligible for returns.

A: At this time, A Stitch In Time Company does not offer the option for local pickup.
